Server Installation and ManagementWe are available for server installation during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9AM-6PM, unless other arrangements are made. Our technical support staff can be reached at all times in case of an emergency. We have keyboards and monitors as well as a technical area where you can upgrade your hardware or perform routine maintenance. Pricing StructureBelow is a monthly cost estimate for both storage and connectivity based on a one-year commitment.
* Initial setup costs are waived until 12/31/2001. Cost for additional rack space is $50 /U. Volume pricing is offered for 10 Mbps or more, multiple servers and half-rack/full racks. All customers are on their own burstable full 10/100 megabit switched port. Usage is calculated using the 95th percentile technique; We take samplings at 5 minute intervals and throw out the top 5 percent. Additional bandwidth above the included bandwidth is billed in tenth (0.1) of a megabit increment. |
